SANMENXIA QIANGXIN FOUNDRY MATERIAL CO., LTD. is specialized in the production and sales of high-end casting new materials - fused ceramic sand for foundry (commonly known as "Ceramic Sand" or"CERAMSITE"). In 2014 and 2017, Qiangxin was consecutively awarded with the title of "Ceramic Sand Production Base of China" by China Foundry Association, which is the only organization winning this award throughout the country.In 2018, Qiangxin led the preparation of the group norm "Fused Ceramic Sand for Foundry" (T/CFA 020204.1-2018) which was issued by China Foundry Association and implemented on May 31 of the same year.

 

In addition, Qiangxin is a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, a high-tech enterprise in Henan, a vice-president unit of the materials branch of China Foundry Association, and a chairman unit of China Foundry Sand Industry Alliance.

Ceramic Sand is suitable for resin sand casting, sodium silicate bonded sand, lost foam casting, V-method casting, shell molding, precision casting and producing resin coated sand. And it is widely applied in castings of aerospace, ship, railway locomotive type, wind energy type, pump and valve, machine tool, engine, and auto. What’s more, it is maturely used in other fields such as fire-proof coating, ladle filler sand, soluble core, and sand blasting. We have customers throughout China, and independently export products to Germany, UK, USA, Canada, Korea, India, Brazil, Japan etc.
